Brandy Ann Peeples

With nearly two decades of experience, Brandy Peeples is a seasoned litigator renowned for providing aggressive and comprehensive representation to her clients, both inside and outside the courtroom. Her proficiency spans a wide range of practice areas, including complex commercial and business litigation, contract disputes, insurance conflicts, personal injury and wrongful death cases, family law disputes, defamation matters, and other types of litigation. Brandy's expertise extends beyond traditional litigation, as she also possesses extensive experience in land use and zoning matters. She has successfully represented clients before esteemed entities such as the Frederick County Planning Commission, the Frederick County Board of Appeals, and various municipal zoning and planning agencies. Notably, she has achieved victories by appealing zoning decisions to the Circuit Court for Frederick County. As an accomplished appellate attorney, Brandy maintains an active appellate practice, having authored numerous appellate briefs and presented before esteemed judicial bodies such as the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Brandy Peeples commenced her legal journey by graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1998. Following her graduation, she honed her legal acumen through a judicial law clerkship with the Honorable Thomas E. Noel in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
