Before that, Brennan served in all three branches of government. He was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan Brnovich, Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and before that to the Honorable John Lopez IV, Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court; a legal intern for Arizona Governor Doug Ducey’s Office of General Counsel; a Janet D. Steiger Fellow and a summer law clerk for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office; and a legal intern for the Senate Rules Committee of the Arizona Legislature. Brennan also served as a Ronald Reagan Fellow with the Goldwater Institute and a legislative liaison with the Center for Arizona Policy. Brennan’s public sector experience informs his deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and government affairs, allowing him to provide tailored counsel to businesses dealing with regulatory matters and governmental contracts.
In addition to his work in government, Brennan honed his skills in both litigation and transactional law at a prestigious mid-sized Arizona firm, where he assisted in matters ranging from entity formation and corporate governance to contract disputes. His unique blend of public and private sector experience positions him as a strategic advisor for businesses facing complex legal challenges.
