Since 2002, Brian has entitled, designed and developed a variety of different types of real estate assets, including master-planned communities, infill single family, multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and municipal facilities. Brian is sought after by Property Owners and Real Estate Professionals to help develop challenging properties and solve problems. He solves problems for his Clients by understanding their needs and utilizes his real estate experience and relationships with City Staff Members and Elected Officials to get results.

Brian obtains amendments to General Plans and Special Area Plans, Rezoning approvals, Variances and Use Permits, Site Plan approvals, Preliminary and Final Plat approvals, and modifies Zoning Stipulations. Brian also negotiates and processes Pre-Annexation and Development Agreements and other Private Agreements between Land Owners and Municipalities to overcome real estate development challenges. Further, Brian represents Clients in Condemnation matters, Transactional Real Estate matters, such as Purchase and Sale, Lease, and Easement Agreements, Declarations and CC&Rs, and represents Clients in various Real Estate Litigation matters.

Brian is also a champion for enriching the lives of youth. As President of the Peoria Diamond Club, which operates in partnership with the Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, and the City of Peoria, Brian leads the Board of Directors for an organization that has distributed over $1.8M to local youth charity organizations. Further, Brian is an Executive Board Member for Native American Connections, which helps create better lives and opportunities for youth and individuals struggling with homelessness and substance abuse. He also volunteers on the City of Peoria's City Charter Committee, Industrial Development Authority, and is a past-member of the Board of Adjustment.
