Brian Griffith

Brian Griffith is a personal injury attorney in the Nashville, Tennessee office. Brian has over a decade of courtroom and trial experience. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Brian fought to protect the rights of his clients at the Nashville Public Defender’s Office. While at the Public Defender’s Office, Brian successfully litigated hundreds of cases throughout the criminal legal process in Davidson County - including cases in juvenile, General Sessions, and Criminal Court.

Brian went to college at Middle Tennessee State University, graduating in 2007. He then attended the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, graduating in 2011. While in law school, Brian interned with the Shelby and Davidson County Public Defender’s Offices, which cemented his desire to use his litigation skills to help his clients fight for justice.

Brian is a native Nashvillian. He and his wife, Ashley, have three daughters. When Brian is not at work, he and his wife enjoy time with their children, cooking, traveling, and attending sporting events.
