Brian H. Rolfe

Brian Rolfe is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Kemp Klein Law Firm. Mr. Rolfe’s practice is focused on helping business owners, families and individuals solve their legal problems. Whether resolving major business disputes or navigating through complex family matters, Mr. Rolfe is a creative problem solver and general advisor to all of his clients. He has been selected for inclusion in the 2013 through 2019 issues of Michigan Super Lawyers magazine featuring the top 5% of attorneys in Michigan in the practice area of Business Litigation. He has successfully taken numerous trials to verdict, set precedent in contract interpretation matters, and has extensive experience in the federal courts. He has tried cases involving contract disputes, sales representative commissions matters, non-compete and Michigan Uniform Trade Secrets Act claims, among others.

Mr. Rolfe handles high dollar complex litigation, including matters in the Federal District Court, Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the Michigan Circuit Court, Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court.
