Bryan DeWees Mackay

Bryan De Wees Mackay is a licensed attorney in Texas (2013) and New Mexico (2014), focusing his practice on business and commercial transactions, real estate matters, probate, estate planning, entity formation and management, as well as oil and gas law. He brings over a decade of experience representing clients in transactions and litigation, with a practice spanning asset and stock sales, contract negotiations, evictions, and foreclosures. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law. Deeply rooted in the West Texas community, Bryan has held leadership roles in various professional and civic organizations, including the Young Professionals of Odessa and the Ector County Bar Association. He is recognized for his commitment to service, having contributed to multiple charitable boards and earning honors such as the Ector County Service to the Bar Award and the TYLA President’s Award of Merit.
