Byron L. Woolley

Byron L. Woolley is a lawyer specializing in business litigation in both state and federal courts. He obtained his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1972 and his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 1975, graduating cum laude. During his time at law school, Mr. Woolley held editorial positions on the Baylor Law Review, serving as Notes & Comments Editor and Symposium Editor. He was also a member of the Order of Barristers, an honor society recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy.

Throughout his legal education, Mr. Woolley received several awards and achievements, including the Harvey M. Richey Moot Court Award, American Jurisprudence Awards in Evidence and Divorce, and the Phi Delta Phi Outstanding Member Award.

Mr. Woolley is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of Texas.
