Cameron Clark Winfrey

Cameron, a senior associate attorney at Adams Howell, focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and finance transactions. His experience includes representation of developers and financial institutions in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, planning, construction and financing of retail developments, mixed-use projects, and office and industrial buildings.

Prior to joining Adams Howell in 2014, Cameron was the Chief Legal Officer for a commercial real estate investment firm in Austin, Texas. In that capacity, he was responsible for the company’s legal and compliance matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, entity formation, and finance transactions for retail, office, and industrial properties in strategic regions across the country.
Previously, Cameron was the Vice President of Legal for $10+ billion suite of financial institutions in Dallas, Texas. During his tenure, he was responsible for advising senior management on the acquisitions and dispositions of domestic and international entities and real estate assets, corporate governance, and banking and financial services regulations.
