Licensed to practice law in New York, Ms. Lanes brings extensive expertise to her practice, having represented thousands of clients in navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law.

Ms. Lanes has dedicated her career to representing a diverse clientele in business immigration matters. She focuses mainly on visa categories EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, L-1, E-2, O-1, and H-1B visas. Ms. Lanes is recognized for her commitment to excellence and her ability to navigate the complexities of immigration law, making her a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals alike.

Ms. Lanes earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Florida International University College of Law, where she received the CALI Award in Immigration Law, underscoring her academic distinction and dedication to the field.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Lanes obtained a Master of Business Administration in Tax Law from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Brazil and completed postgraduate studies in Public Law at Universidade Anhanguera. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (Juris Doctor equivalent) from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos in Brazil.
