Caroline T. Pryor

Caroline T. Pryor is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Mobile (AL) office where she has practiced since 1999. Caroline’s practice areas include the defense of professional liability matters, complex litigation, transportation, workers’ compensation and premises liability matters, with a focus on matters pending in federal court. In addition to handling matters in active litigation, Caroline is called upon by her clients to assist in pre-suit discovery matters, as well as to provide advice and assistance in the investigation of claims.

Caroline is admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. She is also admitted to practice in the Poarch Creek Indians Tribal Court.

An AV Preeminent® rated lawyer through Martindale-Hubbell®, Caroline holds memberships in the Alabama State Bar Association, the Mobile County Bar Association and the Baldwin County Bar Association. She is an active member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA). Caroline has served as chair of the USLAW Retail Practice Group and vice chair of the USLAW E-Discovery Group. In 2011, she was named to the Mid-South Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list. Caroline was also named to The Best Lawyers in America® list in the area of workers’ compensation law.
