Hemmat, a founding partner of Denver, Colorado personal injury law firm Anderson Hemmat, limits his practice to representative victims and their families in all types of accident injuries including auto accident injuries, truck accident injuries, catastrophic injuries, serious personal injuries, wrongful death and insurance bad faith claims. Mr. Hemmat's focus is that of a first-chair trial counsel overseeing hundreds of litigation cases pending before courts in nearly every jurisdiction in Colorado. Mr. Hemmat is a frequent lecturer to both the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association as well as to the defense attorneys, Colorado Defense Lawyers Association on topics related to personal injury, trucking injury case and insurance rights to subrogation.
