His compliance expertise extends to ERISA fiduciary issues, prohibited transaction and controlled group analyses, and government-sponsored correction programs such as the Employee Plan Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS), the Delinquent Filer Voluntary Correction Program (DFVCP), and the Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program (VFCP).
