Chloe Schultz joined Wise Law Offices in 2019 and became a partner in 2024, bringing a strong commitment to advocating for personal injury and wrongful death victims. She focuses her practice on premises liability and transportation accidents, demonstrating exceptional litigation and negotiation skills. Early in her career, she helped secure a $750,000 settlement for the family of a man who suffered a fatal fall during a hospital stay. In 2024 alone, she recovered over $2 million in complex auto accident cases, including those involving intricate Underinsured/Uninsured motorist coverage issues.

Before joining Wise Law, Ms. Schultz worked at a prominent Chicago civil rights law firm, where she fought against abuses of power and unconstitutional policies within government agencies.
