Christopher Livas

Chris Livas is an accomplished personal injury attorney with a track record of success representing clients in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex product liability cases. He has secured over $100 million for clients in cases against major corporations, healthcare facilities, and insurance companies – results that speak for themselves.

Chris co-chairs Postman Law’s Illinois personal injury practice, focusing on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex product liability cases, including mass torts such as the Zantac litigation. Prior to joining Postman Law, Chris was an attorney at Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago, where he represented individuals harmed by medical malpractice and other serious injuries.

Chris earned his law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law where he was a Dean’s List student and was honored as a four-time CALI award recipient for the highest grade in the class for Forensic Evidence, Bankruptcy, Mediation, and Sports Law. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County for the Honorable Clare E. McWilliams.

Chris earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was a member of the National Honor Society for Communication Scholars.
