Claire A. McDonough

Claire McDonough is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. She enjoys working with individuals, families and business owners to help them plan for the future. Claire focuses on all matters relating to estate planning, succession planning and trust and estate administration. Specifically, her practice includes drafting trusts, wills, marital property agreements and powers of attorney. Claire also advises clients on prenuptial agreements.

During law school she served as President of the Estate Planning Society and served as the Gift and Estate Tax Research Assistant to Dean Vada Lindsey. In her spare time, she is an active volunteer for Wills for Heroes, a State Bar of Wisconsin pro bono organization that uses volunteer attorneys to draft estate planning documents for eligible first responders.
