About Clark H. McGehee

CLARK H. McGEHEE who has been selected for inclusion in “Georgia Super Lawyers” since 2004 (www.SuperLawyers.com) and was selected in 2011 by the National Trial Lawyers Organization for inclusion in “The Top 100 Trial Lawyers” (www.thenationaltriallawyers.org), is a trial attorney specializing in all aspects of personal injury/wrongful death civil litigation, including automotive/trucking, aviation, railroad, product liability, medical/professional negligence, highway design, architectural/engineering negligence and related Plaintiffs’ tort litigation. He was born in Auburn, Alabama, and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1977. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th and 11th Circuits; and the U.S. District Courts, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He received his B.S. Degree from Auburn University in 1973, and his J.D. Degree from Emory Law School, Atlanta, Georgia, in 1977. He has also been selected as a Master in the Bleckley Inns of Court, and was recently appointed as one of only fifteen attorneys nationwide to provide free legal representation to catastrophically injured burn victims of the September 11th tragedy through the pro bono Trial Lawyers Care program established by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
