Craig Panholzer

Craig Panholzer is a Partner at Cooper Levenson and a member of the firm’s Tax and Business Law practice groups, based in the Fort Lauderdale office. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as estate planning, wills, probate administration, asset protection, and special needs planning.

Craig began his career at Cooper Levenson as a law clerk in the Tax and Business Law groups while preparing for the Florida Bar. After passing the bar, he joined the firm as an associate and has since developed extensive experience serving businesses and individuals across Florida.

Prior to joining Cooper Levenson, Craig gained valuable experience as a clerk with the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, a congressional intern for Congressman Patrick Murphy of Florida’s 18th Congressional District, and as a law clerk with Kanner & Pintaluga P.A. and Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles P.A.

Practice Highlights:

Craig has been involved in a number of transactions with Cooper Levenson, representing Buyers and Sellers in the medical, agricultural, education, hospitality, insurance and financial services industries.

In 2022, Craig closed a nationwide, multi-property Section 1031 exchange involving Walmart, Home Depot, CVS and Walgreens.
