Mr. Anderson has extensive trial experience having tried more than 40 jury trials in both federal and state court. He has obtained defense verdicts in cases involving police shootings, wrongful deaths, and medical malpractice. Mr. Anderson has also resolved many cases in his client’s favor through motion practice, having obtained summary judgment for his clients in over 50 cases. Finally, Mr. Anderson has argued over 25 appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and has argued in front of the Nevada Supreme Court.
