Cynthia N. Grob

Cynthia Grob is an experienced family law attorney known for combining professional diplomacy with thorough, assertive representation. She works closely with clients to achieve practical, effective resolutions both in and out of the courtroom, with particular care given to matters that affect children’s lives and long-term well-being.

Born and raised in Morris County, New Jersey, Cynthia developed an early interest in family law through her work with community-based human services organizations, where she supported individuals and families navigating complex personal and legal challenges. These early experiences shaped her client-centered approach and reinforced the importance of thoughtful advocacy during difficult transitions.

While attending Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, Cynthia was actively involved in several academic and experiential programs. She volunteered with the Rutgers Law Camden Domestic Violence Project, served as an editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Urban Policy, and participated in the Hunter Moot Court Program. She also completed an externship and clerkship with the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division - Family Part in Mercer County, and later clerked in the Appellate Division.

Since beginning her legal career, Cynthia has built a dynamic practice representing both men and women in a broad range of family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, custody, child support, divorce, equitable distribution, and adoption. Her extensive experience and steady, compassionate approach allow her to guide clients confidently through complex and often emotionally charged legal proceedings.
