Dale A. Worrall

Dale A. Worrall is a dedicated member of the Harris Beach Murtha team, serving clients in Pittsford, New York. As part of the Commercial Litigation practice, Dale manages complex business disputes both within and beyond the state. He is adept in handling various legal issues, such as breach of contract cases, partnership and joint venture conflicts, business torts, antitrust claims, breach of fiduciary duty allegations, shareholder disagreements, and commercial real estate legal matters.

Before joining Harris Beach Murtha, Dale contributed as a state prosecutor, lending his skills to managing investigations instigated by state and federal regulatory bodies. He has also presented appeals before esteemed courts, including the New York State Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

During his law school tenure, Dale played an integral role as the associate editor of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal.
