Dane R. Ullian is a litigation partner practicing civil trial law with a focus on medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death cases. Mr. Ullian has earned significant jury verdicts and settlements, helping secure tens of millions of dollars in compensation for clients who suffered injustice and harm.Mr. Ullian’s strategic approach to the law is deeply informed by his diverse background – including service representing corporate clients in complex commercial litigation, clerking with the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and serving as an intelligence officer and captain in the United States Air Force.Mr. Ullian grew up in Vero Beach and contributes to the legal community as a member of the Indian River County Bar Association Board of Directors.
