Daniel 'Dan' Ari Shapiro is the Managing Partner for the firm's Tampa office. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing, cum laude, from Crouse-Hinds School of Management at Syracuse University in 1988 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992.
Mr. Shapiro routinely assists as local trial counsel in national lawsuits that are part of a Multi-District Litigation.
He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and ABOTA. He is also a frequent nation lecturer for various defense organizations, insurance professionals, institutional clients, and corporations.
