Daniel W. Morris serves as Partner at Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. He focuses his practice on employment litigation in federal and state courts, before governmental administrative agencies, and arbitration. He has extensive experience handling wage-and-hour matters, including collective and class actions, in federal courts and before the state and federal Departments of Labor. He also handles labor and union matters before the National Labor Relations Board, in negotiations with unions, and in arbitration. Mr. Morris advises clients in numerous labor and employment matters including individual employee rights, OSHA, drug testing, harassment and discrimination, wage and hour issues, and restrictive covenants, among others.
