David Gray is the founder and principal attorney of Gray Law, with 36 years of experience handling personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He earned his bachelor’s degree in government and English from Centre College and his J.D. from the University of Louisville School of Law. While in law school, he learned the work firsthand by clerking for his uncle, Larry Franklin, and assisting on a wide range of serious injury and malpractice matters. After graduation, David joined Franklin and Hance and practiced there until 2000. He later became a partner at Goldberg Simpson, where he worked until 2016 before opening Gray Law. Known for both advocacy and leadership, David also invests time in the profession itself, mentoring younger lawyers and supporting attorneys dealing with alcohol or substance use issues. What to bring to your first meeting

Questions to ask a health care attorney in Louisville, Kentucky

A short list to run through before you commit: How many health care matters have you handled in the last year? What's your fee structure? Who else in the office will work on this? What's your realistic estimate of timeline and range of outcomes? How do I reach you between meetings?
