As a partner in Barack Ferrazzano’s Litigation Group, David has guided clients through a wide range of commercial litigation matters. David has handled all phases of legal disputes, from pre-litigation through trial preparation, has briefed and argued a variety of motions in court, and has conducted depositions of key witnesses. His experience covers multiple areas of law, involving real property disputes, motor vehicle franchise law, ERISA claims, trademark disputes, and other commercial matters. He has represented commercial landlords, fashion brands, automotive manufacturers, and telecommunications companies. David also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representation of incarcerated persons in prisoners’ rights matters.
