Furthermore, I have obtained large settlements for individuals and their families who were killed or seriously injured in motor vehicle/motorcycle accidents involving commerical trucks and passenger vehicles. A couple of the settlements obtained were for 12 million dollars and 1.5 million dollars. Lastly, I have obtained fair and equitable awards in many Divorce cases and Custody and/or Shared Parenting in cases involving minor children.
