He regularly represents clients in litigation in federal court, state court, and arbitration tribunals in matters involving trade secrets, non-compete agreements, and other employment claims. David is a 1992 graduate of Cornell Law School and has published many articles regarding non-compete law and the use of non-compete, anti-piracy, and confidentiality agreements to protect company intellectual property. He is also a highly-regarded speaker on these topics.
