David I. Singh

David Singh is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, as well as complex insurance defense litigation, including professional and general liability. David is known for his strategic counsel and ability to manage high-stakes litigation from inception through trial and appeal, with expertise spanning discovery, motions practice, depositions, trial preparation, and appellate advocacy. He also has significant proficiency in e-discovery management and risk assessment.

Beyond litigation, David conducts workplace investigations and provides proactive legal strategies to help clients mitigate risks and prevent legal challenges with respect to labor and employment law at the federal and state level.

David has represented a wide range of clients, including national and international businesses, educational institutions, government agencies, law firms, and accounting firms.
