David L. Sobiloff

Mr. Sobiloff is personally involved in every case that comes into the firm, guiding clients through the entire process, from inception to trial. With almost 40 years of experience, he is well-versed in all civil litigation, including personal injury, labor law, medical malpractice, product liability, and commercial litigation. Throughout his career, he has helped achieve multiple million dollar results for clients and has handled many high-profile, newsworthy personal injury cases.

Mr. Sobiloff has a vast knowledge of personal injury law, and has lectured at NY State Bar Association educational seminars for personal injury attorneys. He graduated from Queens College and received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Courts, Southern, Eastern, and Western districts, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
