Deborah Davison is an acclaimed litigator in WSHB’s New Jersey office, handling complex transportation, insurance coverage, premises and product liability litigation. Through her years of practice, Deborah has gained extensive experience handling complex multi-party litigation involving professional liability, environmental and toxic tort claims.
Deborah’s significant environmental experience includes defending remediation claims under CERCLA, the New Jersey Spill Act and other statutes and common law. She represents potentially responsible parties in federal and state court and alternative dispute resolution forums regarding government and private cost recovery litigation. She counsels clients on a broad range of environmental matters, including litigation, investigations and state and federal cleanup liabilities.
Deborah also assists our national insurance coverage practice by advising and representing domestic and international insurers on first-party property (Homeowner’s and Commercial), commercial general liability, construction defect, and professional errors and omission claims.
Prior to joining WSHB, Deborah was a litigator at an international law firm, where she represented national and international product manufacturers and distributors in federal and state courts. She has tried cases in New Jersey’s Law Division and participated in appeals before New Jersey’s Appellate Division and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
