Denise represents clients in negotiation of domestic and cross-border digital infrastructure contracts, including submarine cable joint build and supply agreements, master services agreements, service schedules, and asset purchase agreements for dark/lit fiber and telecommunications services procurement, cable landing services, and data center colocation services. She also provides regulatory guidance and advocacy on regulatory issues and developments in current wireless and satellite telecommunications proceedings before the FCC and assists clients with federal and state licensing for various telecommunications services and operations, navigating approvals and coordination with various agencies including national security reviews by the Committee for the Assessment of Foreign Participation in the United States Telecommunications Services Sector.
