Dennis focused his practice on representing both public and private companies, including portfolio companies of private equity funds, in a wide variety of capital markets transactions involving the sale of securities. Dennis has significant experience in the following types of transactions: (i) public equity offerings, including initial public offerings; (ii) high-yield debt offerings in connection with leveraged buy-outs and/or significant acquisitions by portfolio companies of private equity clients; and (iii) other securities-related transactions, including private placements and out-of-court restructurings. Dennis also provided on-going corporate counseling to publicly traded companies and their private equity sponsors.

Dennis has been repeatedly recognized for his Capital Markets and Securities Law work. He was recognized in every edition of The Legal 500 U.S. from 2007 through 2021 for Capital Markets.
