Devin’s advisory practice focuses on providing strategic and legal advice to executives, directors, partners, shareholders, and other senior employees at key transition points in their careers. She regularly advises her clients on a wide range of complex employment law issues, including but not limited to employment terminations, written offers of employment, investigations, wrongful and constructive dismissal cases, professional negligence, post-employment restrictions, and circumstances where harassment, bullying, and discrimination arise. She also frequently assists senior executives who require strategic advice as they navigate interpersonal or other issues in the workplace. Devin’s litigation practice focuses on employment law and related commercial litigation, such as oppression claims, shareholder disputes, and unfair competition or breach of fiduciary duty claims.
