Douglas B. Melamed

Douglas Melamed practices in all areas of insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage litigation. His practice has focused on products/premises liability, construction litigation, liquor liability, wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, negligent security, and professional liability and malpractice claims against directors/officers and errors/omissions claims. Additionally, he has developed a niche practice in representing and defending professional and amateur sports and athletic organizations and venues against liability claims in the aforementioned areas of litigation.
