Ejim Peter Achi, Jr.

Ejim Achi is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Corporate Practice and its Private Equity Practice. In addition to serving on the firm’s Executive Committee, he also serves as the Co-Chair of the firm’s New York Corporate Practice and as the Co-Managing Shareholder of the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate matters in a wide range of industries and sectors.

Ejim has represented various private equity sponsors in numerous transactions, including Blue Wolf Capital in its acquisitions of Hallcon Corporation, RHA Health Services, Fox Rehabilitation, StateServ Holdings, ClearSky Health, CIVCO Radiotherapy, and Elara Caring, and in its sale of StateServ Medical; Gridiron Capital in its acquisitions of ABC Legal and Greenix; Crestview Partners in its acquisitions of Emerald EMS, ATC Drivetrain, and Tailwind Hospitality; GenNx360 Capital in its acquisition of Heartland Business Systems and its investment in NVI; Neuberger Berman, through its consumer brands platform, Marquee Brands, in its acquisitions of America’s Test Kitchen, Totes Isotoner, Laura Ashley, and Stance; Patient Square Capital in its $1.25 billion acquisition of Hanger and in its acquisition of Paradigm Corp; Kohlberg in its acquisition of Loenbro; Vista Equity Partners in its $2 billion acquisition of Acumatica; The Riverside Company in its acquisitions of Impact XM, The Vomela Companies, Moss, and Jack Morton; Centre Partners in its acquisitions of Nearly Natural, Guy & O’Neill, the IMA Group, and Tastemakers, and in its sale of Stonewall Kitchen; BharCap in its acquisition of ARMStrong Receivable Management and in its sale of Altus; Rhone Group in its acquisition of Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers; and Wind Point Partners in its acquisitions of Turf Masters Brands and ExperiGreen Lawn Care.
