Elizabeth B. "Beth" Moore

Elizabeth B. Moore advises clients across the full spectrum of entertainment, media, and technology, with a focus on helping creators, investors, and companies structure, protect, and scale their businesses. Her work spans music, film, television, publishing, gaming, esports, social media, and emerging digital platforms.

Beth regularly counsels clients on entity formation, corporate governance, investment strategy, commercial transactions, and complex contract negotiations. She also manages sophisticated intellectual property portfolios covering copyrights, trademarks, patents, and licensing frameworks. Her clients range from emerging talent and production teams to institutional investors, a top 100 accounting firm, and a billion dollar software company.

From 2018 through 2023, Beth served in the Georgia House of Representatives for District 95, where she was the only entertainment focused attorney in the legislature. During her tenure, she actively supported policies advancing the film and creative industries and received the Friend of Film Award from the Georgia Screen Entertainment Coalition.

Beth remains active in the entertainment ecosystem through service with Decide DeKalb, Arté GA, Women in Film and Television Atlanta, and the Georgia Production Partnership.
