Elizabeth O. Crespo

Elizabeth O. Crespo grew up in Missoula, Montana. A fifth generation Montanan, Lily received a bachelor’s degree in 2012 with high honors in Communication Studies and a certificate in Geographical Information Systems under the aegis of the Davidson Honors College at the University of Montana. Lily then pursued graduate studies in Communication Studies at the University of Montana College of Arts and Sciences where she taught public speaking classes. Lily graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 2016. In 2017, Lily successfully petitioned the Montana Supreme Court for accommodations for nursing mothers taking the state bar exam. In 2019,she completed a Level IV due process investigator training through ATIXA and is now certified to fully investigate Title IX complaints in the United States.

Lily provides guidance and support on a wide variety of employment and school law issues. She is currently the staff writer for the KLO legal update blog. This blog serves as a resource to Montana school districts and employers trying to keep abreast of an ever-changing body of law.

She serves on the board of the Montana International Choral Festival, working to promote artistic excellence, global understanding, friendship, and goodwill through choral music Besides career-related skills, Lily has a lifetime love of music, tango, and can bake a mean cherry pie.

Lily is admitted to practice before all Montana courts and the United States District Courts in the District of Montana.
