Eric Lasry

Real estate law is Eric Lasry’s passion.

Eric Lasry’s practice focuses on real estate law. He has extensive experience acting for major banks, institutional lenders and private lenders in secured financing transactions for real estate projects throughout Québec. He also represents clients in matters relating to acquisitions, dispositions, developments, leasing, and joint venture, co-ownership and partnership creation. He helps clients negotiate and draft transactions for a wide range of real estate projects, including assisted care facilities and multi-residential, office, retail and industrial buildings.

Before joining the firm, Eric Lasry was admitted to the New York, Massachusetts, and California bars and spent several years practising corporate and real estate law in Los Angeles. Using his experience with common law real estate, he assists lenders located outside Québec with their financing transactions and drafts the financing documents they require.
