Eric T. Vissichelli

Eric Vissichelli handles a diverse array of complex disputes involving commercial real estate, including lease litigation, purchase and sale agreement disputes, commercial mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy litigation, joint venture and shareholder disputes, construction litigation, and cases involving fraud claims and other business torts.
