Erik H. Olson

Erik H. Olson is the founder of The Olson Law Firm, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, where he leads a team dedicated to aggressive civil litigation for individuals and families. His practice focuses on medical malpractice, products liability, and general civil disputes, with an emphasis on careful case development and strong courtroom advocacy. Erik is licensed to practice in Georgia and is admitted before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
