Erin Marie Stratte

Erin Marie Stratte is a dedicated family law attorney committed to guiding clients through complex and deeply personal legal matters. With significant experience in bench trials and alternative dispute resolution, she has successfully handled cases involving property division, domestic violence restraining orders, custody, contempt of court, and fee awards. Attorney Stratte earned her Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2012 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Central Districts of California.

An active member of the legal community, Attorney Stratte has held roles within the Sacramento Bar Association, is a lifetime member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and volunteers with the San Mateo Superior Court.
