Her commitments to her clients, diligence and drive have led to notable results on their behalf.Between 2012 and 2017, Ms. Golabek has successfully negotiated over seventeen million dollars in settlements on behalf of victims in cases involving nursing home and hospital acquired pressure ulcers, falls resulting in injury, malnutrition, dehydration, infection and choking. Additionally, she has worked on and settled a variety of personal injury matters, including slip and falls and automobile accidents.In 2017, Ms. Golabek was admitted to the Florida Bar and offers assistance to families and individuals victimized by negligent care providers throughout the state of Florida in addition to Illinois.Eva obtained her law degree from The John Marshall Law School in 2009 where she was a Moot Court Council member and a Herzog Moot Court Competition Semi-Finalist in 2008.
