Evan Rabinowitz

Evan Rabinowitz is an associate at Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, New York, where his practice focuses on Real Estate Law and Banking and Finance Law. He works with lenders, businesses, and individuals on a wide range of real estate and financial transactions throughout New York.

Evan is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use and Banking groups. His work includes representing clients in matters involving the purchase, sale, and refinancing of residential and commercial properties, as well as assisting financial institutions with lending transactions. He also handles title review and clearance issues and supports clients through multiple stages of real estate and financing matters.

Before joining Rivkin Radler LLP, Evan practiced at a real estate law firm where he represented institutional lenders along with individual and business clients in transactions involving cooperatives, condominiums, single-family and multi-family homes, and commercial real estate. In addition to his real estate transaction work, he assisted clients with entity formation related to property ownership and investment activities.
