Farnaz Salessi

Farnaz Salessi is an experienced trial attorney and litigator who handles personal injury cases. She specializes in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, government entity, premises liability, and insurance bad faith claims. Her efforts have resulted in the successful recovery of millions of dollars for her clients in complex cases.

Ms. Salessi is a zealous, detail-oriented advocate who is proactive in litigating her cases. Her representative results include the following:

• $26,075,000 settlement for the victim of a motorcycle accident who suffered a traumatic brain injury.
• $2,017,350 verdict as second chair for the victim of a motor vehicle accident who suffered a cervical ligament tear.
• $1,450,000 settlement from MiraDry, Inc. and Sientra, Inc. on behalf of a client who suffered permanent nerve damage from the MiraDry System, a Class II medical device.
• $1,000,000 settlement in a case involving an uncovered, sunken trench left in the middle of a public sidewalk.

In 2024, Farnaz was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine, a distinction awarded to less than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state who are 40 years of age and under.

Ms. Salessi received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with magna cum laude honors from the University of Southern California. Ms. Salessi then obtained her Juris Doctor with magna cum laude honors from the University of California, Irvine.

Ms. Salessi is a member of the State Bar of California. She served on the Board of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 2023 and 2024, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of California.
