Francis C. "Chris" Affronti

Francis (Chris) Affronti is a divorce, family law lawyer and appellate advocate. He handles cases where the marital estate might involve two blue collar employees who own a house and have some retirement accounts. At the same time, he handles high conflict custody cases and divorces with complex financial issues and extensive marital estates. He is a meticulous and strategic thinker. He handles child support, maintenance, and family offense cases in Supreme and Family Court. He prepares QDROs (frequently on behalf of other attorneys who rely on his expertise in this area), argues appeals, and negotiates separation, custody and prenuptial agreements

In his free time, you will find him spending time with his family, eating jambalaya in New Orleans and searching for new music. If he could travel back in time, he would get front row tickets to see Van Morrison in 1973, Bruce Springsteen in 1978, and R.E.M. before 1987.
