Frank Guerra

HIGHLY EXPERIENCED IN DIVERSE IMMIGRATION MATTERS

Frank Guerra is the principal attorney at Guerra & Associates Law Group. He has practiced immigration law since 2000. Mr. Guerra's practice consists of both family and business immigration cases. He is versed in representing clients in the immigration visa process, naturalization, removal, and other litigation matters. He is admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Before establishing his law group, Mr. Guerra served for eight years as a Senior Associate at an immigration law firm, and 8 years as partner at a boutique law practice in Houston, Texas. He has worked on hundreds of immigration cases, including complex litigation cases and large business immigration cases. While in law school, Mr. Guerra also served as a law clerk for the District Counsel of the Immigration and Naturalization Service and as a law clerk at Chevron's Legal Department.

Mr. Guerra's clients and colleagues view him as the "go to" man when a case involves difficult issues. His clients have come to appreciate his no-nonsense approach and zealous advocacy when it comes to assessing their cases and finding a solution to obtain the intended immigration relief. His experience affords him the foresight to formulate a strategy that will achieve a client's short and long-term goals. Mr. Guerra is extremely comfortable and proficient in handling cases in front of the immigration courts. Nevertheless, he does everything within his power and within the law to ensure that the people he represents never endure the financial and emotional costs of removal proceedings.

Mr. Guerra is a native of Dallas, Texas. He is an avid golfer and a devoted Texas A&M football fan.
