A Deer Valley High School graduate, he earned a political science degree from Arizona State University and interned for former U.S. Senator Jon Kyl. After three years as an insurance adjuster with American Family Insurance, Fred attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and has practiced since December 2003. He is licensed in Arizona, California and Colorado, admitted to federal courts in those states and to the Ninth Circuit.
