About Frederick H. Kent III
Mr. Kent concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and secured/real estate lending. He represents corporations and individuals with the purchase and sale of real estate. He also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with financing the purchase and construction of improvements on real estate. His practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, construction and construction lien law, mortgage/lien foreclosures, residential real estate matters, title insurance and the clearing of title defects. Mr. Kent supports other areas of the firm’s commercial practice including commercial litigation and estate and probate matters.
Mr. Kent is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He has been selected for inclusion for the Florida Super Lawyers® list in 2007 and from 2011-2017.
