Ware’s interest in mediation was kindled at an ABA Annual Meeting when he was selectedto participate in a demonstration mediation hosted by Professor Roger Fisher. At that time, mediation was being introduced nationally. Since then Ware has participated in more than 500 mediations.

Ware has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer in South Florida since 1984. Although his practice concentrates on employment litigation, he has tried over 200 cases to verdict including plaintiff and defense personal injury, products liability, antitrust, commercial litigation, aviation casualty, commercial aircraft leasing, and other business disputes.

A native Miamian, Ware attended Emory University and the University of Georgia School of Law. After graduation in 1975, he practiced with defense firms in Miami until he becameU.S. District Judge William M. Hoeveler’s first law clerk. After his clerkship he joined thefirm of McCune Hiaasen Crum Ferris and Gardner where he became a shareholder. In 1988 he established his own firm.

Ware is a Super Lawyer in Employment and Labor Law and is rated AV®-rated by Martindale-Hubell. He is a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyers honorary society.
