Billy represents property owners, developers, small businesses and corporations in obtaining municipal approvals for simple and complex land development projects. He regularly appears before municipal boards on behalf of individual and corporate clients in connection with zoning and site plan approvals, real estate development projects, and related matters. II. Commercial Real Estate Transactions. Billy has significant experience in commercial real estate sales and acquisitions. In addition to preparation and negotiations of purchase and sale contracts, Billy works with property owners, developers, engineers, and experts on all aspects of a deal, including due diligence review, title examination, and closing.
